Our programs emphasize strong fundamentals, discipline, and real-world application, whether you're training for self-defense, fitness, or competition. From youth and teen kickboxing and grappling to adult-level striking, grappling, and MMA, our curriculum is designed to build confidence, skill, and resilience in every student.

Youth Kickboxing (Ages 6–10)

Our Youth Kickboxing program introduces kids to the foundations of striking through a structured curriculum that emphasizes coordination, balance, and proper technique. With a strong focus on self-defense, students will learn how to recognize and respond to common threats while developing discipline and focus. Classes are fun and engaging, with age-appropriate drills, partner work, and a supportive environment that helps build confidence and character.

Youth Grappling (Ages 6–10)

This playful and structured grappling program teaches young students the basics of clinching, takedowns, and ground control through games, movement drills, and partner activities. Designed with self-defense in mind, the curriculum helps students learn how to control their bodies and escape dangerous situations. The emphasis on learning through play makes this class a fun and safe introduction to grappling arts, while also promoting teamwork, discipline, and physical awareness.

Teen Kickboxing (Ages 11–15)

Our Teen Kickboxing program builds on the youth curriculum with more partner drills, technical combinations, and structured progressions toward competition-style striking. While still focused on discipline and self-defense, this class encourages teens to challenge themselves physically and mentally, preparing them for higher-level training and sparring in the future. Students will improve their timing, footwork, and striking mechanics through structured drills and controlled practice.

Teen Grappling (Ages 11–15)

This class is designed for teens ready to take their grappling skills to the next level. With a balance of technical instruction, drilling, and live rounds, students will be introduced to the fundamentals of sport-based grappling while continuing to build self-defense awareness. The curriculum includes positional control, takedowns, and submissions, with a focus on developing functional skills that translate to both self-defense and competition.

Kickboxing Level 1 (Adults)

Kickboxing Level 1 is a high-energy, beginner-friendly class designed to build fitness and striking fundamentals without live contact. Students will develop their skills through padwork, shadowboxing, partner drills, and conditioning circuits. This class is perfect for those looking to get in shape, learn proper technique, and build confidence in a supportive environment, with an emphasis on repetition, form, and foundational striking skills.

Kickboxing Level 2 (Adults)

Kickboxing Level 2 is for students who are ready to move beyond the basics and focus on partner drilling and controlled sparring. This class sharpens striking accuracy, timing, and defense through structured rounds and situational work with a partner. With an emphasis on technical sparring and ring craft, students will learn to apply their skills in a controlled setting, preparing them for competition or simply a deeper understanding of striking.

Grappling Level 1 (Adults)

Grappling Level 1 is an introductory class designed to help adults build comfort and confidence on the mat. The class covers essential concepts like breakfalls, position hierarchy, escapes, and basic transitions—all through technical drilling with no live rolling. Ideal for beginners, this class focuses on developing body awareness, safe movement, and a foundational understanding of grappling arts.

Grappling Level 2 (Adults)

Grappling Level 2 is an advanced class focused on applying technique through constraint-based drilling, positional sparring, and live rolling. Students will refine their ability to maintain control, escape bad positions, and attack with submissions through real-time practice. This class emphasizes pressure, timing, and strategic decision-making, making it ideal for those looking to challenge themselves and grow in a more competitive environment.

MMA Level 2 (Adults)

MMA Level 2 is a fast-paced, high-level class designed for students with a solid foundation in both striking and grappling who are ready to integrate their skills in a live, competitive format. This class focuses on transitional drills that blend stand-up, clinch, and groundwork, with an emphasis on situational sparring and full MMA rounds. Students will work through cage (wall) awareness, takedown entries and defense, ground-and-pound mechanics, and positionally aware striking. Controlled intensity and technical precision are prioritized, making this class ideal for athletes preparing for competition or those seeking a deeper understanding of real-world MMA application.
